Site Visit Summary

Summary of what you presented, feedback received, and changes planned.

  • Case#1 was about a female patient who was diagnosed of gastritis and positive of H. pylori, she had the quadruple therapy. After 5 weeks of antibiotic therapy, she did the urea breath test again to confirm eradication. However, she was still positive for H. pylori, at this point we referred her to the specialist gastroenterologist.
  • Good H&P and presentation for both Case#1 and Case#2
  • Good Journal presentation
  • There are improvement on organization of the cases. The narrative is coherent and flows well; the differential diagnosis and final diagnosis are well supportive by the history and physical presented
  • For this site evaluation, I had started writing my pharm cards, and H&Ps a head of time, which gave me enough time to practice with my family and the mirror. My sister gave me feedback when I presented such as “stop saying ehhh” and “don’t speak so slow”
  • Overall, I will keep preparing the H&Ps and pharm cards ahead of time, I believe getting ready earlier helps me to be less stressed and have more time to practice presenting them.
  • I would simplify my pharm cards in the future, I used to write a lot of information, some of which are too much such as contraindications and side effect
