- I submitted 3 comprehensive H&Ps,
- 10 pharm cards, and
- 1 journal article relevant to the H&P I presented.
- Site evaluator told me that my HPI needed more improvement since the structure was disorganized
- I wrote a comprehensive H&P for ob/gyn and I thought I did not need a review of system, I was wrong
- My preparation for the site evaluation was not on point, so in the future I need to do more rehearsals and practice, so I do not get clouded during the presentation.
- From my first rotation, I was practicing writing better H&P but each site rotation has their own format on H&P writing and I would get used to it.
- I learned from my mistakes and I plan to go over my improvements and shortcoming.
- The HPI is a very important part of the H&P and when I write them, I have to organize my ideas so that it flows naturally
- Sometimes I omit some information because I think they are redundant, but I should add them into the H&P because the site evaluator did not know if I had asked that question to the patient.
