Short Summary: Our patient with diagnosed tuberculosis, started with the RIPE therapy, but due to his liver failure, patient therapy had to stopped. According to this article with a meta-analysis with more than 12,000 participants, there was a 61% of success treatment or cure when using the antibiotic combination of linezolid, levofloxacin, carbapenems, moxifloxacin, bedaquiline, and clofazimine. The study also reveal a significant reduction of mortality when using linezolid, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, or bedaquiline.
