Feedback received

• on my comprehensive H&P, I should add all the physical exams and pertinent questions
• there are specific questions that has to be asked in order to deduce our differential diagnoses.
• I should understand what are my differential diagnoses and base on that do the specific labs and tests to rule out or in the diagnoses.
• every test or lab has its own reason on why we ask for them, I should know them.
